Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an International Corporate Language Training Consultant. Responsibilities include, consulting with corporate clients to assess training needs, and maintaining effective communication. The consultant will also provide excellent customer service while fostering positive relationships to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong capabilities in Training & Development with practical experience in designing and delivering effective training programs
• Expertise in Consulting and the ability to assess client needs and recommend tailored language training solutions
• Effective Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse corporate clients
• Experienced in delivering Training and providing guidance with a client-focused approach
• Proven Customer Service skills with an ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field (preferred)
• Ability to work independently in a remote, virtual environment
• Knowledge or experience in the online learning industry is advantageous
