Job Overview
We are hiring International Collections Executives for a first-party collections process supporting a leading US-based bank. This role involves handling customer accounts, following up on outstanding payments, and ensuring timely resolutions while maintaining compliance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound calls to customers regarding outstanding dues for a US banking client.
- Communicate professionally with customers to negotiate and collect payments.
- Explain payment options, due dates, and account details clearly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment updates.
- Follow all compliance, quality, and process guidelines strictly.
- Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
- Work collaboratively with team leads and quality teams to improve performance.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: SSC / HSC pass
- Experience:
- Minimum 6 months of International BPO experience mandatory
- Collections experience preferred but not mandatory
- Good English communication skills (verbal & listening).
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and week offs.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Salary & Incentives
- Without Collections Experience: 22,000 35,000 (In-hand)
- With Collections Experience: Up to 38,000 (In-hand)
- Unlimited Performance-Based Incentives
- Training Incentives: Up to 10,000
