We provide high-quality instruction across academics and skill-based learning, including chess, to help students build strong cognitive and strategic thinking abilities.

Role Overview

We are seeking international chess instructors to deliver engaging, structured 1:1 online chess sessions to students across different age groups and skill levels (beginner to advanced).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 live online chess classes
• Teach core concepts: openings, middlegame strategies, endgames
• Develop students tactical, positional, and analytical thinking skills
• Analyze games and provide actionable feedback
• Prepare personalized lesson plans based on student level
• Track progress and guide students for improvement and competitions

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in chess fundamentals and advanced concepts
• Prior experience teaching chess to students (online/offline)
• Coaching experience for tournaments or structured training preferred
• Instructors who have trained students for competitions or rating improvement will be strongly preferred
• EdTech/online teaching experience preferred (Zoom, chess platforms, digital boards, etc.)
• Ability to engage students across different age groups
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to commit 5 hours daily within given time slots

Working Hours (IST)

UK Slot: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST

Australia Slot: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM IST

Compensation

₹30,000 – ₹50,000/month earning opportunity (performance-based)
