Freshers: 2.5 LPA

Experienced (Minimum 6 Months): Up to 3 LPA

* Job Description*

Handle 50–60 customer chats and emails per shift with minimal downtime.

Resolve customer queries related to orders, returns, refunds, and complaints.

Investigate issues and provide timely, accurate resolutions.

Demonstrate empathy and professionalism while handling customer concerns and de-escalating situations.

Efficiently multitask across multiple browser tabs, CRM tools, and internal systems.

*Eligibility*

Graduation Not mandatory.

Experienced candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of experience.
