Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide customer support through various channels such as email, chat, and non-voice processes.
- Handle international customer inquiries with a focus on blended process (email + chat).
- Offer product solutions to customers based on their requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-3 years of experience in BPO Customer Service or related field.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers via multiple channels (email, chat).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in International Chat Process and Non-Voice Process is essential.
- Any graduates/post-graduates or pursuing are eligible(but should be available for 3 months after selection without any leaves)

- Shift- 9 hours (Including 1 Hour break)
- Rotational Shifts/ Week-off
- Salary -25000 CTC for Fresher / 28000/- CTC for Experience
- Location- Jaipur
