Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual for the position of International Chat Blended & Voice Process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat and voice channels, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat and voice in a professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain records of conversations in the system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service quality.
  • Follow company policies and procedures while handling customer requests.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in using computers and navigating chat and voice software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
