[24]7.ai is hiring for International Chat & Semi-Voice Process roles. This is a great opportunity for freshers and candidates with prior experience in BPO and other domains. We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our customer support team, assisting with customer queries via chat and voice channels.

๐Ÿ’ผ Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle international customer inquiries through chat and semi-voice processes.
  • Communicate effectively with both existing and potential customers.
  • Gather and verify customer information and understand their needs.
  • Resolve customer queries related to products and services efficiently.

๐ŸŽฏ Qualifications:

  • Education: PUC (12th), Diploma (3 years), Undergraduates, BE/B.Tech, or Graduates from any stream.
  • Experience: Freshers and candidates with prior BPO or non-relevant experience are welcome.
  • Skills:
  • Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.
