Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential clients in the US
- Utilize lead generation techniques to identify and qualify prospects
- Communicate product information effectively to generate interest and engagement
- Document all call outcomes and manage leads in the CRM
- Work closely with the sales team to schedule appointments with qualified leads
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics
Consistent participation in training and skill development sessions is expected.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or outbound sales
- Strong English communication skills and ability to engage customers effectively
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-pressure, performance-driven environment
- Resilience and a positive attitude when handling rejection
- Ability to follow scripts and adapt to different calling scenarios
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
