Position Overview:

We are seeking a high-ownership professional to scale our international business across MENA and the US through D2C websites and key marketplaces. The role will own market expansion, go-to-market execution, and partner collaborations while leveraging data to drive growth. This is a fast-paced, impact-driven role ideal for someone with a strong growth and performance mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Activate and scale business across MENA and US markets through D2C websites and marketplaces such as Amazon, Noon, Talabat, etc.
  • Identify emerging market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies to capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to enter new geographies and expand international presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, channel partners, and stakeholders.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and discussions with potential partners and marketplace platforms.
  • Stay updated on global market trends, regulatory requirements, and economic indicators impacting international business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, supply chain) to develop or customize products for specific markets.
  • Track, monitor, and analyze performance metrics to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in scaling international business (D2C and/or marketplaces).
  • Strong understanding of digital and performance marketing.
  • Excellent analytical skills with hands-on experience in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with strong ownership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
