Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for an International Business Manager (Africa & ASEAN). The International Business Manager will be responsible for market analysis and planning, developing strategic relationships, managing sales and distribution channels, and ensuring compliance with regional regulations. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, executing sales strategies, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and monitoring market trends to ensure growth and expansion in the Africa and ASEAN regions.

Import/Export Management, licensing, contract negotiation and making international travels for relation building and expanding market.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Pharmaceutical and Dermatological Business

• Experience 5 to 15 years in Pharma International sales

• Market Research

• Revenue Growth

• Contract Negotiations

• Interpersonal & Negotiation Skills

• Good knowledge of developing markets, implementing strategy in different countries
