Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated International Business Development Manager with experience in acquiring and managing clients across international markets. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in B2B sales, client acquisition, and business development for recruitment, staffing, HR consulting, RPO, or EdTech services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients across international markets including the Middle East, Africa, Europe, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and APAC regions.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain relationships with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Managers, and key decision-makers.
- Promote Recruitment, Staffing, Executive Search, RPO, Campus Hiring, and HR Consulting services.
- Conduct virtual client meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
- Convert leads into long-term business partnerships.
- Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery of client requirements.
- Achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in International Business Development.
- Experience in client acquisition for Recruitment, Staffing, RPO, HR Consulting, or EdTech services.
- Strong understanding of international markets and B2B sales processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email outreach platforms.
- Ability to independently generate and close business opportunities.
