As part of our Expansion and Growth Plans in the International Markets for our API Business especially increasing our reach and penetration into the MENA (Middle East & North Africa) Markets we are looking for Assistant Manager / Manager / Senior Manager/AGM -International Marketing for our Organization to be based at our Head Office at Nariman Point, Mumbai.

The remuneration package will be commensurate with the incumbent's professional experience and will be in line with market standards.

Essentialskillsandexperience:

  • Candidates should be possessing excellent rapport/contacts with Clients in the MENA Markets
  • 6-15 years of Experience from International Business/Exports Division of Pharma companies with API Background
  • Ensuring Optimum Customer Selection and Management for growing the company's business ·
  • Target Achievement for the designated countries/region ·
  • Co-ordinating with PPIC, Logistics, RA, Finance departments for effective support for the region handled ·
  • Ensuring Smooth Coordination with Overseas Customers on the shipments and related payments etc.
  • Payment Collections ·
  • Timely Order Placement ·
  • Ensuring a healthy P&L for the regional countries ·
  • Need-based travel to the focus countries ·
  • Export Data Analysis ·
  • Timely Reporting and MIS to HOD ·
  • Market Intelligence and Competitor Mapping ·
  • Team Player and Initiative Taker

Preferred Education requirements:

BSc or B Pharma. Candidate having a post-graduation degree (i.e. MBA in Marketing /Sales/International Business) will be preferred.

AdditionalSkills:

• Strong Leadership Qualities, Strong Verbal and Written Communication and English Language

Skills

• Good Proficiency in Computers (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)

• Must have travelled extensively
