Note: European Market or USA Market experience is must with medical communications background.

We are predominantly looking for the International Business Development Manager with Medical communications background only, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities internationally. This is a senior leadership role, requiring a minimum of 8 to 12 years of experience in international business development.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential markets and business opportunities internationally
• Develop and implement effective strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the company's international presence
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Lead negotiations and discussions with potential clients and business partners
• Stay updated with global market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes that may impact international business
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions for clients
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients
• Monitor and analyze performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
