Workfall is a new-age premium talent tech platform seeking a highly motivated International Business Development Manager with strong expertise in ERP (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central) to expand our presence across international markets (US, UK, and Australia). This role is focused on driving new client acquisition, revenue growth, and long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Market Penetration & Expansion: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the US, UK, and Australia.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify, engage, and nurture potential clients; build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Product Expertise: Demonstrate deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and related solutions, effectively presenting value propositions.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Drive leads through networking, digital marketing, industry events, and cold outreach; convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate pipeline data, provide forecasts, and report progress to senior management.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, technical, and support teams to design tailored solutions for clients.
- Compliance & Cultural Adaptation: Adapt sales approaches based on regional legal, financial, and cultural requirements.
- Travel & On-Site Engagements: Attend client meetings and international events to build partnerships and close deals.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in B2B software sales, preferably ERP / Microsoft Business Central.
- International Exposure: Proven track record of success in US, UK, and Australian markets.
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics Business Central ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive business development approach.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales analytics.
- Willingness to travel regionally and globally.
