International Business Development Manager

A global logistics leader expanding its India and cross-border business

Location: Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad — or Remote (India)

About the Company

A global logistics leader is growing its India centre and cross-border trade lanes, and has partnered with Flexiple to hire. You will open and grow business across international markets for a company that moves goods around the world every day. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As an International Business Development Manager, you will win and grow business across overseas markets, building the pipeline, relationships, and deals that expand the company's footprint beyond India.

Key Responsibilities

International Pipeline

  • Identify and pursue opportunities across target overseas markets
  • Run discovery and proposals tailored to each region and buyer
  • Negotiate and close deals across currencies and time zones

Relationships & Market Entry

  • Build relationships with international clients, partners, and agents
  • Map regulations, pricing, and competition in new markets
  • Partner with operations to ensure smooth cross-border delivery

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3 to 7 years in international business development or export sales
  • Experience selling across global or cross-border markets
  • Strong negotiation skills and cultural awareness
  • Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to logistics, supply chain, trade, or freight
  • Comfort with a partial overseas time-zone overlap
  • An MBA in international business or a related field
