Role: International Business Development Manager

YOE: 3 to 8yrs of experience in International Business Development for Middle East and Africa region and from Personal care and FMCG companies ONLY.

CTC Budget upto : 30LPA including variables

JD:

Drive global market expansion by identifying high-potential countries and executing GTM strategies.

Develop annual sales plans, revenue forecasts, pricing models, and channel strategies for each market.

Acquire and manage international distributors, retailers, and B2B partners while leading commercial negotiations.

Build strong, performance-driven relationships with key accounts and monitor partner performance.

Ensure regulatory compliance, smooth logistics, order management, and commercial process hygiene.

Track sales KPIs, revenue growth, and share market insights and competitive intelligence with internal teams.
