Key Responsibilities:- International Business Development Manager
1. Market Expansion & Business Growth
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
- Drive expansion in existing global markets through strategic partnerships and channel development.
- Conduct market research to understand regional demand, competition, and distribution channels.
2. Lead Generation & Business Development
- Generate qualified leads through market intelligence, industry networks, and channel partners.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with international clients and distributors.
- Convert business opportunities into revenue-generating partnerships.
3. Key Account & Strategic Customer Management
- Manage key international accounts and strategic customers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Identify opportunities for up selling, cross-selling, and business expansion within existing accounts.
4. Sales & Channel Development
- Develop a strong understanding of global sales channels, distributors, and partner ecosystems.
- Build and manage international distribution networks and channel partners.
- Monitor market performance and implement strategies to improve sales outcomes.
5. Cross-Functional Coordination & Operations
- Coordinate with backed and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and client servicing.
- Oversee operational aspects to ensure timely execution and client delight.
- Track business performance and share insights with leadership.
Key geographies will be ROW excluding SAARC and Middle East.
