Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Gurgaon. This is a front-end role involving regular client interaction. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships. Key responsibilities include:

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify potential clients through Google, LinkedIn, trade platforms, and port data
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of international B2B leads
  • Track and update leads in CRM systems

Client Outreach & Communication

  • Initiate contact with prospective clients
  • Handle day-to-day communication with existing international customers
  • Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and sample feedback

Market Research & Pricing Analysis

  • Assist in preparing price benchmarks and quotations

Key Skills Required

  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn prospecting and CRM tools
