Job Title: International Business Development Manager

Location: Ambala, Haryana (Relocation Mandatory)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven, strategic, and execution-focused Business Development Manager who can build markets from scratch—both internationally and domestically (Field Is Mandatory)

This is not a routine sales role. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities and closing business in new markets. If you're someone who needs structure, hand-holding, or pre-existing leads—this role is not for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new international and domestic markets independently and with help of senior Leadership
• Build and execute go-to-market strategies independently 
• Generate leads, initiate conversations, and close high-value deals 
• Develop long-term relationships with clients and partners 
• Continuously experiment with new approaches to market entry and expansion 
• Work directly with leadership on growth strategy

What We're Looking For

• Proven ability in new market development / business expansion 
• Strong sales instincts + strategic thinking 
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills 

Mandatory Conditions (Read Carefully Before Applying)

• Relocation to Ambala is mandatory for a minimum of 2 years 
• Target-based role (Fixed + Performance-based variable structure) 
• Selected candidates will undergo a 7-day in-person training in Ambala 
• Accommodation will be provided 
• Travel expenses will not be covered 
• Final offer will only be issued after successful completion of training 
• A 2-year service commitment (bond) is required
