Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities with distributors, equipment rental companies, EPC contractors and industrial clients across international markets.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis and market mapping to identify potential partners and assess business opportunities.
Generate and qualify sales leads through email, LinkedIn, telephone calls, exhibitions, conferences and industry events.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective partners and customers to expand the company's global distribution network.
Support commercial negotiations, distributor agreements and partnership arrangements in collaboration with management.
Work with technical and marketing teams to prepare sales presentations, business proposals and customised solutions for potential partners.
Monitor sales pipelines, partner performance and market trends, and prepare regular business development reports.
Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions and partner meetings, supporting regional market development and global expansion initiatives.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Energy or a related discipline.
2-5 years of relevant experience in international business development, B2B sales, industrial equipment or energy solutions.
Strong communication, interpersonal, networking and negotiation skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with business partners and stakeholders across different markets and time zones.
Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented, with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Experience in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), power systems, construction equipment or related industries will be an advantage.
