We are looking for a strategic International Sales & Marketing professional who can drive global expansion, manage client relationships, and align marketing efforts with business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute international sales & marketing strategies
- Manage relationships with global clients and partners
- Conduct market research and analyze trends
- Analyze sales data for performance improvement
- Plan and execute international marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams for execution
- Prepare performance reports for management
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies
- Ensure compliance with global regulations
Requirements
- 5+ years in international sales / marketing
- Strong understanding of global markets
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Analytical and data-driven mindset
- Experience with international clients (US, Europe, Australia)
- IT service-based company experience preferred
- Proven track record of achieving targets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
- Experience in software/SaaS sales
- Experience managing sales teams
- Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
