Compensation & Role Details:
Salary Range: 25,000 50,000 per month (based on experience)
Experience Level: 12 years
Location: Pune / Remote (India)
Performance Incentives: Available based on successful brand onboarding
We are an India-based distribution and brand-commerce company that partners with international consumer brands to build and scale their presence on Amazon India and leading online marketplaces.
As part of our brand partnerships team, you will work closely with global brand owners and decision-makers to evaluate India as a growth market and support the onboarding of select brands for distribution.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate international consumer brands suitable for the Indian e-commerce market
Initiate outreach to brand owners, founders, and export teams via email, LinkedIn, and official channels
Present a structured overview of the India opportunity, including:
Market potential
E-commerce landscape
Distribution and compliance requirements
Support discussions related to distribution models, commercial terms, and onboarding
Coordinate internally for:
Product shortlisting
Documentation requirements
Initial launch planning
Maintain structured records of outreach, discussions, and onboarding progress
Candidate Profile
12 years of experience in business development, brand partnerships, sourcing, or international trade
Strong written and verbal English communication
Professional and confident when interacting with international stakeholders
Basic understanding of e-commerce and Amazon marketplaces
Organized, follow-up driven, and comfortable managing multiple conversations
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
Prior exposure to:
Amazon Seller Central
Import/export or distributor models
International clients or suppliers
Awareness of:
Brand onboarding processes
E-commerce compliance requirements in India
