International Bpo - Voice Process

We are seeking qualified and experienced professionals to join our international banking voice support team. This role requires strong communication skills, customer-handling experience, and the ability to work in a structured process-driven environment.

Job Location: Malad / Thane

Joining: Immediate

Working Days: 5 days a week

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls related to banking queries
• Provide accurate information while maintaining service quality standards
• Maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria:

• HSC or Graduate
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a voice process
• Strong verbal communication and customer-service skills
• Graduate Freshers can apply
• All documents are mandatory (education, experience, etc)
• UAN Check (for some processes)

Compensation:

• Salary from 17,000 to 61,000 (based on last drawn and experience)
• Night Shift Allowances (for some processes)
• Interview Flow (HR VNA OPS)
