Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an International BPO Telecaller based in Hyderabad with some work-from-Office flexibility. The International BPO Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to international clients, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and maintaining customer relationships. Additional tasks include providing excellent customer service, documenting interactions, and working with the team to meet company objectives.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer service and in making outbound calls
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and generate leads
• Proficiency in English and additional languages is a plus
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Previous experience in a BPO or telecalling role is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
