Job Summary

We are hiring dynamic and target-driven International Sales Executives for a Printer Subscription Sales Process. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, strong sales acumen, and experience in international sales, technical sales, printer support sales, subscription sales, or outbound sales processes. The role offers lucrative incentives, career growth opportunities, and exposure to international customers.

Key Responsibilities

·        Sell Printer Subscription Plans to international customers.

·        Handle inbound and outbound sales calls from US-based customers.

·        Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable printer support and subscription packages.

·        Explain product features, subscription benefits, and pricing plans.

·        Generate revenue through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

·        Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

·        Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

·        Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.

·        Follow up on leads and maximize conversion rates.

·        Deliver exceptional customer experience while driving sales performance.

·        Adhere to quality standards and company policies.

Required Skills

·        Excellent English communication skills.

·        Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.

·        Experience in International Sales, Technical Sales, Printer Sales, Subscription Sales, Antivirus Sales, or Tech Support Sales.

·        Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

·        Good understanding of customer handling and objection management.

·        Basic computer knowledge and CRM proficiency.

·        Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

·        Ability to work in US Night Shifts.

Eligibility

·        Graduate / Undergraduate.

·        Experience: 1 to 10 years in International BPO Sales, Technical Sales, Printer Sales, Subscription Sales, Telecom Sales, SaaS Sales, or Customer Acquisition.

·        Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also be considered.
