Job Responsibilities

Handle customer interactions through inbound voice support

Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally

Deliver an exceptional customer experience

Identify upselling opportunities and promote relevant products/services

Meet quality, productivity, and sales performance targets

Accurately document customer interactions

Eligibility Criteria

10th Pass, 12th Pass, Diploma Holders, and Graduates can apply

Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome

Fluent verbal communication in English is mandatory

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills required

Flexible to work in rotational shifts and rotational week offs

Postgraduate Freshers are not eligible

B.E./B.Tech Freshers are not eligible
