We are seeking an experienced International BPO professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, specifically within an international context, and will be skilled in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
- Resolve customer complaints and queries in a timely manner.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve performance targets.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in a BPO or customer service role, preferably in an international setting.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
