Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused International BPO Executives to handle international customer interactions through voice, email, and chat support. The candidate will be responsible for resolving customer queries, providing product/service information, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction while maintaining professional communication standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Follow company policies, processes, and communication guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good interpersonal and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts/night shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.

Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in International BPO / Customer Support preferred.
