Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handleinbound and outbound customer callsrelated to banking services.
  • Provide accurate information and support to customers regardingbanking products, transactions, and account-related queries.
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
  • Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and follow required procedures.
  • Ensure compliance withbanking regulations and organizational policies.
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when necessary.
  • Maintainprofessional communication and customer service etiquette.
  • Meet definedperformance metrics, productivity targets, and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum3+ years of experienceinCall Center / Voice Process.
  • Priorexperience in the Banking or Financial Services sectoris mandatory.
  • Strongverbal communication skillsand customer handling abilities.
  • Ability to manage high call volumes and handle customer queries efficiently.
  • Good problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • Willingness to work innight shifts (6:30 PM 3:30 AM).
