Role Overview
We're looking for a driven International Business Development Representative (BDR) Intern to support our global sales efforts. Someone who's hungry to learn sales the real way: by doing it. Not shadowing. Not watching. Actually getting on calls, sending emails, and figuring out what works.
What You'll Do
- Cold calling international prospects (yes, real people, real conversations)
- Run and optimise cold email campaigns that don't sound like spam
- Identify and qualify potential leads for the sales team
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to book meetings
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate prospect information
- Research target markets and build prospect lists
- Continuously improve outreach scripts and messaging
What We're Looking For
- Your childhood dream was to sell ice to an eskimo (brownie points if you've tried it).
- Recent graduate or someone who has completed college
- Strong communication skills (spoken & written English is a must)
- Comfortable speaking with international prospects
- High ownership and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- You want a career in sales, startups, or SaaS — and want real experience, not fluff

Salary and Location
Location: In-office
Duration: 3–6 months
Stipend: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month
Working Hours: 1 PM – 10 PM (aligned with international markets)
