graduate experience with 1 year international bpo experience
HSC with 18 months international experience

job role: Customer support associate (resolving queries related to banking ,insurance, telecom, hospitality via calls , chats and Email and guiding them throughout)
Excellent Communication Skills Required
Cab facility: tranport facility available for odd hours( company will provide one side transport for odd hrs either pickup or drop
week offs: 5 days working 2 rotational offs
salary: For graduate fresher 25000 in-hand +pf +variables+ incentives
graduate experience goes upto 7 lpa depends last drawn ,years of experience , communication skills , performance at the interview
exception case goes upto 8 lpa
HSC experienced goes upto 5.5 lpa depends on last drawn and years of experience
Rounds of interview: HR round, VNA round, Ops round
