Job Summary

The International Admissions Officer is responsible for managing and promoting international student admissions, providing guidance to prospective students, and ensuring a smooth enrollment process from inquiry to admission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inquiries and applications from international students and recruitment partners
  • Guide students on admission requirements, eligibility, and documentation
  • Coordinate with internal departments for offer letters, enrollment, and onboarding
  • Support students with visa-related documentation and admission timelines
  • Maintain accurate student records and update CRM/admission portals
  • Participate in international fairs, webinars, and virtual counseling sessions
  • Liaise with international agents and ensure compliance with university policies
  • Assist in achieving international admission targets

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Knowledge of international education systems and admission processes
  • Good coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office / CRM systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in Management, International Relations, or Education)
