Position Summary: The incumbent will ensure Handling end-to-end accounting, financial statement finalization, IFRS / IND AS compliance, audit coordination, MIS reporting, AR/AP management, balance sheet reconciliations, and multi-currency accounting while ensuring accurate financial records and business support

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead monthly, quarterly & annual finalization of accounts
  • Prepare Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Financial Statements (IFRS / IND AS)
  • Oversee international accounting and ensure compliance with local GAAP
  • Handle multi-currency accounting and INR conversion
  • Manage Deferred Revenue & Cost accounting
  • Coordinate with statutory & internal auditors for audit finalization
  • Prepare monthly MIS reports for international geographies
  • Oversee Accounts Receivable, including reconciliations and collection follow-ups to ensure timely recoveries.
  • Oversee Accounts Payable, ensuring accurate processing and timely partner payments.
  • Manage General Ledger & balance sheet reconciliations
  • Assist business teams in financial review & contract finalization
  • Maintain strong interaction with international customers & partners

Requirements:

  • 1-5 years of experience in international accounting
  • Experience with IFRS / IND AS reporting and multi-currency accounting, including consolidation and currency conversion.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, audit processes, and core accounting functions including AP, AR, General Ledger, balance sheet preparation, deferred revenue, and cost accounting.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle / SAP) and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across global teams and time zones.
  • High attention to detail, strong analytical ability, and effective organizational skills.
