Role Description The International Academic Manager (MBA – Fresher) will be responsible for coordinating academic programs and partnerships with global institutions, aligning them with EduSkills objectives and standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, involving daily collaboration with academic coordinators, faculty, and institutional partners to design and implement program structures, schedules, and learning outcomes. The role includes supporting curriculum development for international academic initiatives, tracking program performance, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and partner requirements. The International Academic Manager will communicate regularly with stakeholders, assist in organizing academic events and workshops, and contribute to continuous improvement of teaching and learning processes. The position offers exposure to international education practices and the opportunity to contribute to large-scale skilling and capacity-building projects.

Qualifications

• Educational management and education-related skills, including the ability to coordinate academic programs and work effectively with institutions and faculty.
• Curriculum development skills to support the design, structure, and ongoing improvement of international academic and skilling initiatives.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with domestic and international stakeholders, preparing reports, and conducting presentations.
• Analytical skills to interpret academic performance data, monitor program impact, and recommend evidence-based improvements.
• MBA degree (preferably with a focus on education management, international business, or related fields); fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, with a collaborative, organized, and detail-oriented approach.
• Interest in non-profit, education, or social impact sectors; prior internships or projects in education or academic administration are an advantage.
• Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, presentation software); familiarity with digital learning platforms is beneficial.
