We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as an International Banking Voice Process Associate. This role involves assisting customers with their banking inquiries, providing exceptional service, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via voice calls related to international banking services.
• Provide accurate information regarding banking products and services to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
• Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the system.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and customer experience.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in a voice process or customer service role, preferably in banking or finance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using computer applications and CRM software.
• Basic knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations is a plus.

Qualification: 12th

Experience: Min 6 months of experience in BPO international voice process

Shift: Rotational shift,2 rotational off

salary: 3.5 lacks to 4.5 lacks

Location: Mahadevapura, Bangalore
