Summary :
- The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, prospecting clients, maintaining and enhancing customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.
- The role involves meeting sales targets, understanding customer requirements, and offering tailored solutions to address their needs.
- The position requires working closely with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
- Data sorting to identify prospects Excel competency.
- Cold calling, customers engagement and lead generation & conversion, co-ordination with commercial team and distributors.
Qualifications and Skills required:
- Proven experience in Inside Sales, including handling sales inquiries and closing deals
- Expertise in Lead Generation and developing client pipelines effectively
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust and rapport with clients
- Background in Sales; ability to identify opportunities, negotiate, and achieve targets
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage
- Prior experience in the packaging industry or related fields is a plus
- Min 2 years of experience in B2B preferably
