Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Sourcing:

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle for internal positions across India, from requirement gathering to offer rollout.
  • Develop job descriptions and define candidate personas in coordination with hiring managers.
  • Source candidates using a variety of channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment vendors.
  • Maintain and build a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive market research and networking.

Stakeholder & Candidate Management:

  • Act as the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Partner with business leaders, hiring managers, and HRBPs to align recruitment efforts with business needs.
  • Present shortlisted candidates in a structured, compelling manner to hiring managers.
  • Ensure seamless coordination of interviews and feedback cycles.

Process Management & Compliance:

  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and dashboards to reflect real-time data and hiring progress.
  • Adhere to internal SLAs and provide timely status updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure usage of internal ATS/HRMS tools for accurate and consistent candidate lifecycle tracking.
  • Work with external staffing agencies and recruitment partners to support bulk hiring or niche roles as required.

Employer Branding & Strategic Projects:

  • Contribute to employer branding efforts through effective use of digital platforms and social media.
  • Suggest and implement improvements to enhance the overall recruitment process and candidate experience.
  • Participate in special HR projects and initiatives outside the core recruitment function to broaden HR exposure.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in internal recruitment or agency staffing, ideally for mid to senior-level roles.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and modern sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools (ATS, CRM, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in maintaining recruitment metrics and dashboards.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
