The Opportunity

Join Adobe in Bengaluru as an Internal Product Manager and build Adobe's Digital Employee Experience integration ecosystem. What you'll Do

  • Partner with cross-functional collaborators across DEX, Engineering, IT, Operations, and Business teams to drive alignment and consensus
  • Lead deep discovery and requirements definition for complex integration use cases, influencing product strategy, roadmap priorities, and long-term architecture
  • Define and evolve the DEX Integrations strategy using analytics, operational data, and customer insights
  • Collaborate with global teams to establish common integration patterns, standards, and reusable capabilities
  • Act as Product Owner for one or more scrum teams, setting clear goals, prioritizing backlogs, and ensuring predictable delivery
  • Partner closely with Engineering and IT teams to compose, build, and roll out integration capabilities
  • Lead the observability approach for the integrations ecosystem, encompassing monitoring, alerting, logging, incident response and operational dashboards
  • Define and track key performance metrics to measure integration health, reliability, efficiency, and business impact
  • Identify new opportunities for platform and product improvement by analyzing system gaps and operational difficulties
  • Evaluate and recommend vendor and platform solutions to meet current and future integration and observability requirements
  • Communicate product vision, trade-offs, and outcomes clearly to senior leadership and executive collaborators
  • Collaborate closely with engineering leadership to guarantee solutions uphold high standards for quality, resilience, and customer experience

What you need to succeed

  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management, with a strong focus on platform, integrations, or enterprise systems
  • Proven track record of owning and delivering complex integration products or platforms at scale
  • Demonstrated ability to define, communicate, and gain alignment on multi-year product roadmaps for platform or enterprise products
  • Deep hands-on understanding of integration technologies and iPaaS platforms, including SnapLogic, Workday Studio, Workday Extend, Workfront Fusion, APIs, event-driven architectures, and data integrations
  • Strong experience partnering with engineering, architecture, and operations teams in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Strong grasp of enterprise observability, encompassing monitoring and alerting methods, logging and tracing throughout integrations, SLAs, SLOs, and operational dashboards
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and operational signals to drive product decisions
  • Experience managing complex, multi-system initiatives through disciplined prioritization and execution
