About the Role: We are looking for an Internal Mobility & Talent Community Specialist to support the delivery of internal hiring and talent engagement activities. This role focuses on the enablement and improvement of internal mobility processes and the coordination of alumni and candidate engagement efforts. You will work closely with Talent Acquisition, Talent, People Partners, Communications and Brand to ensure a smooth experience for internal candidates and to maintain active talent communities.
Key Responsibilities & Impact:
InternalMobilitySupport
Support the delivery of internal mobility and talent initiatives by coordinating activities across Talent Acquisition, Talent, and People teams.
Maintain and update trackers for internal movement (applications, interviews, transfers, timelines) to ensure accurate programme reporting.
Coordinate key activities such as internal role promotion, communications distribution, and campaign execution.
Track progress against agreed timelines and follow up with stakeholders to ensure activities are completed on schedule.
Maintain documentation such as process guides, templates, and supporting materials for internal mobility processes.
Support the organisation and execution of internal mobility campaigns and initiatives (e.g. awareness campaigns, pilot programmes).
Enable Nexus (Eightfold) at every opportunity
Alumni & Candidate Engagement
Create, maintain and update alumni and candidate contact lists and databases.
Support the organisation of engagement activities such as events, communications, and newsletters.
Assist in outreach to alumni and candidates for roles or campaigns
Ensure contact data is handled in line with data privacy requirements.
Talent Community Support
Help segment and organise talent pools for specific hiring needs.
Support distribution of job alerts and targeted communications.
Track basic engagement metrics such as responses or participation.
Reporting
Prepare regular reports on internal applications, hires, and talent community activity.
Maintain trackers and dashboards as required by the team.
What We're Looking For
Basic Qualifications:
Experience in Talent Acquisition, HR coordination, or recruitment operations.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Experience using HR systems such as ATS, HRIS, or CRM tools.
Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
Project Management mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting internal mobility or recruitment processes.
Experience maintaining talent pools or candidate databases.
Experience in coordination, operations, or project support within HR, Talent, or related functions
