Job Description

Responsibilities -

  • Manage end‑to‑end payroll operations across the US and India, ensuring timely salary processing, tax deductions, reimbursements, and statutory compliance.
  • Coordinate with payroll vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient payroll execution.
  • Address employee queries related to payroll, taxation, and compensation, while maintaining accurate payroll records and compliance standards.
  • Oversee ESOP administration, including grants, vesting schedules, exercises, reporting, and maintaining complete documentation and records.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for ESOP‑related communication and coordinate with external administrators to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and expense management processes to drive effective financial operations.
  • Monitor operational expenses and ensure adherence to approved budgets, while assisting in financial reporting, audits, reconciliations, and compliance activities.
  • Maintain Fixed Asset Registers (FAR), payroll records, and other financial documentation to ensure accuracy and audit readiness.
  • Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decision‑making and operational efficiency.
  • Manage vendor lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, performance tracking, and renewals.
  • Draft, review, and maintain vendor and service contracts, ensuring compliance with terms, milestones, and obligations.
  • Ensure adherence to financial, legal, payroll, taxation, and regulatory requirements across India and the US.
  • Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and external stakeholders during audits, reviews, and compliance processes.
  • Implement and strengthen operational controls, governance frameworks, and continuous improvement in finance and business workflows.
  • Support HR and administrative functions, including employee onboarding, benefits administration, vendor coordination, and implementation of HR and finance policies.

Requirements -

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • MBA Finance, CA, CPA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • 3 - 6+ years of experience in Finance, Payroll, Operations, or Business Administration roles.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processing, compliance, taxation, and finance operations in both India and the US.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll platforms, HRMS systems, and ESOP management tools.
  • Strong knowledge of vendor management, contract management, and financial controls.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
