Leadership Hiring | Head – Internal Audit & Quality Assurance

Location: Kerala (Looking for someone who can relocate)

We are partnering with a leading financial services organization to identify an accomplished Internal Audit leader to drive enterprise-wide audit, compliance, risk management, and quality assurance initiatives.

✔ Lead stakeholder engagement across regulators, business leaders, and audit functions

Ideal Background:

• 15+ years of experience in Internal Audit, Risk, Compliance, or Quality Assurance within NBFCs, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or allied sectors

• Strong understanding of regulatory and governance frameworks

• Proven experience leading large-scale audit and compliance programs

• Qualified CA / CMA / CS preferred
