We are conducting a hiring drive for Qualified Chartered Accountants (Freshers) for the Consultant – GRO Internal Audit role with a leading Big 6 consulting firm in Gurgaon.

Position Details

Key Responsibilities

• Execute internal audit and risk advisory engagements across industries
• Perform process walkthroughs, risk assessments, and control testing
• Work on Risk & Control Matrix (RCM) documentation and testing
• Review and evaluate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Conduct audits across key business cycles:
• P2P (Procure to Pay)
• O2C (Order to Cash)
• R2R (Record to Report)
• Evaluate and test Internal Financial Controls (IFC)
• Identify control gaps and provide actionable recommendations
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to clients and senior management
• Ensure timely delivery of assignments while maintaining quality standards

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of:
• Internal Audit
• Risk Advisory
• IFC
• RCM
• SOP framework
• P2P, O2C, R2R cycles
• Good knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Strong academic record
• Willingness to work in a dynamic, client-facing consulting environment
• Immediate joiners preferred
