Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, based in Bengaluru, for an Internal Audit Manager. The Internal Audit Manager will be responsible for planning, conducting, and overseeing internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of risk management, internal controls, and compliance with financial and operational policies. This role involves preparing audit reports, ensuring timely recommendations, collaborating with stakeholders to remediate identified issues, and contributing to the development of internal audit plans and strategies to support organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to identify trends, assess risks, and develop detailed reports.
• Expertise in Financial Audits and Accounting principles to ensure compliance with regulations and accurate financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Finance and Internal Controls to maintain robust governance and risk management practices.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Qualified CA with 0-2 years of experience in Risk
• Experience in auditing processes with a focus on internal controls, compliance, and risk management is a plus.
