As the Internal Audit Manager - Operations & Quality Assurance within Reckitt's Global Internal Audit Centre of Excellence, you will play a critical leadership role in shaping bestinclass audit delivery, strengthening methodology, and driving continuous improvement across the global audit function. Reporting to the Head of the COE, you will oversee global audit operations, lead the function's Quality Assurance programme, and ensure consistent application of audit standards, practices, and tools.
You will directly manage a diverse team of audit delivery, data analytics, and IT&D professionals, building capability and embedding progressive ways of working. You will also collaborate closely with Audit Leaders and Domain Leads to enhance execution quality, drive operational excellence, and contribute to the digital enablement of the audit function. This is a highly visible role, central to ensuring that Internal Audit delivers impactful, valueadding assurance across all regions and processes.
