Job Description

Execute internal audits across financial, operational, and process areas
Identify revenue leakage, cost inefficiencies, and inventory risks
Assess internal controls and recommend scalable improvements
Work with finance, ops, and supply chain teams to close audit gaps
Review vendor contracts, pricing, rebates, and billing discrepancies
Support audits for capex, store expansion, and large investments
Present clear audit insights and risk summaries to senior management
Track and ensure timely closure of audit action items
Help build risk and governance frameworks for a scaling business
Stay updated on relevant regulatory and industry practices

The Successful Applicant

A successful Internal Audit professional should have:

Qualified CA with meaningful experience in internal audit, operational audit, forensic, or risk roles, preferably in consumer tech, e‑commerce, or fast‑growth environments
Demonstrated ability to go beyond surface‑level compliance, identify root causes, and translate findings into actionable control improvements
Comfortable working in ambiguous, high‑velocity environments, with strong stakeholder management and independent judgment
