About the Internship
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse & Inventory Management Intern to support inventory operations, stock tracking, material handling, and warehouse activities.
This internship offers hands-on exposure to warehouse management processes, ERP systems, inventory control, and material coordination within a high-technology manufacturing environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Support inventory management and stock tracking activities
• Assist in receiving, checking, and storing incoming materials
• Update inventory records and transaction details in ERP systems
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse/store area
• Coordinate with internal teams for material movement and stock availability
• Assist in stock verification and inventory audits
• Ensure proper handling and storage of materials as per company procedures
• Maintain accurate documentation related to inventory and warehouse activities
• Support dispatch and inward/outward material processes
Other Competencies
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Problem-solving and coordination abilities
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Willingness to learn warehouse and inventory management processes
Computer Skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Data entry and record maintenance skills
• Basic understanding of ERP systems/inventory software preferred
