Video Editor Intern (3-Month Internship)
Location: Bangalore (On-site)
Duration: 3 Months
Stipend: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on skills and portfolio)

About the Role
We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Video Editor Intern who wants to build real-world experience working on content, marketing campaigns, founder branding, and business growth initiatives.
This is not a make random reels internship.
You will work directly with the marketing team to create content that helps generate attention, build authority, and drive business conversations.
If you enjoy storytelling, editing, motion graphics, and creating engaging short-form content, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
Edit short-form videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
Create engaging reels from founder recordings, podcasts, interviews, and educational content.
Add captions, transitions, motion graphics, sound effects, and visual enhancements.
Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form assets.
Organize and manage video assets and project files.
Collaborate with the marketing team on content campaigns.
Follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
Meet content deadlines and publishing schedules.
Skills We're Looking For
Basic to intermediate video editing skills.
Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
Understanding of social media content formats.
Good storytelling and pacing sense.
Ability to take feedback and improve quickly.
Strong attention to detail.
Self-driven and willing to learn.
Bonus Skills
Motion graphics experience.
Thumbnail design.
Basic graphic design skills.
Experience managing social media content.
Familiarity with LinkedIn content and personal branding.
