The Man Company is a leading men's grooming and lifestyle brand known for its premium products and a strong, fast-moving content engine. Our in-house creative team produces videos across Instagram, YouTube, and performance ads every single month, and you'll be right in the middle of it.

About the Role

We're looking for a Video Editing Intern who lives and breathes short-form content. You'll edit Reels, Shorts, and ad creatives, add trend-led motion graphics, and get hands-on with shoots alongside our content team. This is a learn-by-doing role with real briefs, real deadlines, and real reach.

What You'll Do

• Edit short-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts, ad creatives) with sharp cuts, pacing, and hooks
• Create trendy motion graphics: kinetic text, transitions, animated overlays, and lower thirds
• Adapt videos into multiple formats and aspect ratios (9:16, 4:5, 1:1, 16:9)
• Stay on top of trending audio, formats, and editing styles on Instagram and YouTube, and bring fresh ideas to the table
• Join shoots with the content team: assist with setup, lighting, framing, and shooting BTS or supporting footage
• Organise project files, footage, and exports neatly
• Incorporate feedback quickly and deliver on tight timelines

What We're Looking For

• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro for editing short-form content
• Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics (kinetic text, transitions, animated overlays, lower thirds)
• Basic skills in Adobe Photoshop for thumbnails, cutouts, and static assets
• A good eye for pacing, music sync, typography, and what makes a video scroll-stopping
• Someone who actively consumes short-form content and understands what's working right now
• Eager to pick up a camera, shoot, and learn the production side
• Willing to take feedback and iterate fast
• Portfolio or Instagram/YouTube showcase of your edits (mandatory)

Good to Have

• Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve, especially color grading
• Experience editing for a brand, creator, or college/personal channel
• Basic understanding of photography, lighting, or audio
