About the Role :

Roles and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Vendor Data Management Intern for a high-impact project. You will be responsible for streamlining our supply chain integrity by managing the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring rigorous compliance, and performing critical statutory validations. This role requires a professional who can hit the ground running and manage high volumes with precision.


Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Onboarding: Facilitate the transition of Existing partners into the New system, ensuring all internal workflows and documentation are completed within SLAs.

  • Compliance Oversight: Execute due diligence checks, including NDA, Vendor code of Conduct, Know Your Vendor (KYV), and sourcing audits.

  • Statutory Validation: Verify and validate legal documents, including tax registrations (GST/VAT/TIN), MSME, PAN certificates, and Bank details.

  • Risk Mitigation: Identify potential bottlenecks or compliance risks in the vendor lifecycle and escalate issues to the legal or procurement heads as necessary.

  • Database Management: Maintain an organized, audit-ready digital repository of all vendor contracts and compliance artifacts. Maker checker between New procurement system and SAP database


Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Freshers with Knowledge in Vendor Management, Procurement Compliance, and use of procurement tools preferred.

  • Technical Knowledge: Fair understanding of statutory requirements and documentation preferred.

  • Software Proficiency: Experience with ERPs (SAP, Aerchain, Intellect ) and Vendor Management Systems (VMS), preferred

  • Soft Skills: A eye for detail in vendor compliance documents, and the ability to work under tight project deadlines preferred

  • Immediate availability to join.

  • Previous experience in vendor onboarding process is preferred.
