Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic Trainee Talent Acquisition professionals who are passionate about recruitment and people interaction. This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end hiring, stakeholder interaction, and talent strategy while working in a fast-paced, learning-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment
- Support the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Understand client hiring requirements and identify suitable candidates
- Coordinate interviews and manage communication with candidates
Sourcing & Headhunting
- Advertise roles across job portals, social media, and other channels
- Identify and approach suitable candidates through headhunting and database search
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
Candidate Engagement
- Communicate job responsibilities, compensation, and expectations clearly to candidates
- Conduct initial screening and assess candidate suitability
- Maintain regular follow-ups and provide interview feedback updates
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams and hiring managers to meet hiring targets
- Support recruitment reporting and ensure timely hiring closures
- Contribute to improving sourcing strategies and hiring processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Basic understanding of social media and job portals
