Role: Intern/Trainee Talent Acquisition

Location: Bangalore (Work From Office)

Department: Recruitment | Talent Advisory

Experience: Fresher (Graduate)

Salary: Trainee - 20,000 per month

Internship - 12,000 per month

Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic Trainee Talent Acquisition professionals who are passionate about recruitment and people interaction. This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end hiring, stakeholder interaction, and talent strategy while working in a fast-paced, learning-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment

  • Support the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
  • Understand client hiring requirements and identify suitable candidates
  • Coordinate interviews and manage communication with candidates

Sourcing & Headhunting

  • Advertise roles across job portals, social media, and other channels
  • Identify and approach suitable candidates through headhunting and database search
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines

Candidate Engagement

  • Communicate job responsibilities, compensation, and expectations clearly to candidates
  • Conduct initial screening and assess candidate suitability
  • Maintain regular follow-ups and provide interview feedback updates

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams and hiring managers to meet hiring targets
  • Support recruitment reporting and ensure timely hiring closures
  • Contribute to improving sourcing strategies and hiring processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Basic understanding of social media and job portals
